Eleveight AI presents the region's first AI Factory powered by NVIDIA Blackwell B300 technology, positioning Armenia as a regional hub for AI infrastructure.

Armenia officially joins the ranks of countries building global-scale artificial intelligence infrastructure, standing alongside the world’s leading technology nations.

On June 1, 2026 in Gagarin, Gegharkunik Province, Eleveight AI opened the doors of its next-generation AI Factory for the first time. The first phase of the project represents a $120 million investment, with capacity reserved to scale up to 35MW.

The invitation-only event, “On the Threshold of Launch: Core Reveal,” brought together government representatives, technology industry leaders, and international partners for an exclusive first look at one of the region’s most strategically significant AI infrastructure ahead of its official launch.

With the participation of the Minister of High-Tech Industry, the event highlights the growing importance of strategic cooperation between the public and private sectors in advancing Armenia’s technological future.

Eleveight AI’s new facility is designed to support large-scale artificial intelligence workloads, ranging from AI model training to enterprise, scientific, and engineering applications. This state-of-the-art infrastructure has been built to NVIDIA Reference Architecture standards, meaning international technology companies and research teams can migrate and run their AI projects in Armenia without additional technical integration challenges.

“Computing power has become strategic infrastructure in the global race for artificial intelligence. Armenia should not only follow these global changes, but also help shape them. Eleveight AI was created with that exact vision, to build world-class AI infrastructure in the region and place Armenia on the global technology map,” says Arman Aleksanian, Co-Founder and CEO of Eleveight AI.

Beyond its technological capabilities, the project is also built around long-term sustainability principles. The infrastructure operates on a Zero Chemical Footprint model. Thanks to Gagarin’s high-altitude climate and engineered airflow systems, the facility relies on natural cooling mechanisms for 11 months of the year, drastically reducing the need for energy-intensive mechanical refrigeration. The facility also uses rotary UPS (DRUPS) technology, reducing fire risk and hazardous material disposal. The company also operates its own solar installations, ensuring greater control over clean energy consumption and long-term sustainability.

As part of its commitment to Armenia's technological ecosystem, Eleveight AI dedicates 20% of its total computing capacity to Armenian universities, research centers, and non-commercial initiatives under dedicated partnership terms, supporting local talent and accelerating scientific innovation.

The launch of Eleveight AI will mark an important step for Armenia’s technology sector, positioning the country as an emerging regional hub for AI infrastructure and sovereign computing capacity for both local and international technology markets.
