ABBC Members at Seaside Startup Summit 2026

The Seaside Startup Summit 2026, taking place from July 26 to August 1, continues to bring together entrepreneurs, innovators, investors, and business leaders for a week of collaboration, learning, and networking.

We are proud to see our valued member DataArt Armenia contributing to this year's programme through Deputy CEO and HR Manager Ishkhan Margaryan, who participated on July 28 in a series of engaging sessions.

During the summit, Ishkhan hosted a mentorship session on leadership, HR, AI transformation, career growth, and organisational development. He also joined the panel discussion, "From Digitalization to AI: HR's Role in Building Trust, Skills, and Culture for the Future of Work," where speakers explored how HR can help organisations build the capabilities and culture needed for successful AI transformation. The day concluded with an informal campfire talk alongside Arsen Baghdasaryan, Founder and Director of DataArt Armenia, discussing the future of work and technology in an open and interactive setting.
