Situated in the reconstructed Old Yerevan area, the hotel combines modern hospitality standards with the architectural character and cultural atmosphere of the city’s historic center. Surrounded by restored landmarks, traditional streets, restaurants, and cultural venues, the property offers guests an opportunity to experience Yerevan beyond conventional tourism and become part of its living history.

Hayasa Hotel Old Yerevan reflects Hayasa Hospitality Group’s vision of redefining heritage hospitality in Armenia through the integration of historical architecture, authentic design, and contemporary comfort. The project represents an important step in the brand’s continued expansion and commitment to creating distinctive guest experiences.

Guests can also enjoy a range of services and amenities, including a 24/7 front desk, lobby bar, open-air courtyard café, breakfast and room service, high-speed Wi-Fi, pet-friendly accommodation, and private events and cultural evenings.

Conveniently located within walking distance of Republic Square, the Opera House, the Cascade Complex, and Northern Avenue, Hayasa Hotel Old Yerevan welcomes both business and leisure travelers from Armenia and abroad.
