ABBC Member ChangeSchool Launches the First Executive MBA Designed for the Era of AI

This year, Fortune 1000 executives were been asked what prevents their companies from becoming AI-powered organisations. Not technology. 93% said human issues, culture and change management. Only 7% pointed to technology.

The better the technology gets, the more the bottleneck is human.

Leadership depends on judgement: the ability to evaluate risk, to weigh competing priorities, to make decisions where the data is incomplete and the stakes are high. AI can produce a financial model instantly. It cannot tell you whether the model is reasonable. The speed of AI makes judgement more important, not less, because poor decisions now arrive faster than ever.

There is an education that develops precisely these capabilities. It has done so for decades.

ChangeSchool launches the first Executive MBA designed for the era of AI

This is not an MBA about artificial intelligence. It is an MBA designed for the conditions AI creates, conditions that many Armenian companies are already navigating.

The ChangeSchool Executive MBA, awarded in partnership with the University of Suffolk, is built around the capabilities that fifteen years of evidence say determine whether organisations succeed with AI: leadership, judgement, change management, and the ability to guide people through continuous transformation.

More than 50 Armenian and Georgian companies input to the curriculum, specifically to address the management and leadership pressures that organisations in this region are facing.

AI-supported learning is built into the programme from day one. ChangeSchool is developing an AI tutor with Bayes Business School, City, University of London. Participants spend eighteen months working alongside AI as a structured part of their studies, so that by graduation, human-AI collaboration is a developed practice, not a concept they have read about. The principle is straightforward: to learn, you must do the work yourself; to be effective in the modern workplace, you must be practised in working with AI. Both must hold.
