ABBC Launches Policy Action Group

The Armenian British Business Chamber - ABBC is pleased to announce the launch of its Policy Action Group (PAG), a new initiative aimed at strengthening ABBC’s policy and advocacy efforts and creating a structured platform for business engagement on key policy priorities.

The Policy Action Group was officially introduced at its first meeting on 22 September, bringing together members of ABBC’s Core Group, Board members, business representatives, partners, and industry associations. The meeting marked an important step towards establishing a collaborative platform for dialogue, information exchange, and coordinated engagement on issues relevant to Armenia’s business environment.

Through the PAG, ABBC aims to facilitate constructive dialogue within the private sector, identify key policy priorities, and support meaningful engagement between the business community and relevant public stakeholders. The initiative will provide a framework for businesses and industry representatives to exchange perspectives, address shared challenges, and contribute to discussions on policies affecting the private sector.

The PAG is governed by Tigran Pinajyan, Managing Partner at NCI Solutions and ABBC Board Director, serving as Chair; Martin Martirosyan, Deputy CEO of Digitain Group and ABBC First Vice President, serving as Strategic Advisor; and Lusin Achoyan, Executive Director of ABBC, serving as Secretary.

The PAG Member Representatives are: Viktoria Poghosyan, Head of Corporate Affairs at Philip Morris Armenia and ABBC A Category Member; Yulia Gevorkian, Head of Administration at Step Consulting and ABBC A Category Member; and Samvel Margaryan, Co-Founder of Luyser CJSC and ABBC A Category Member.

Through the Policy Action Group, ABBC looks forward to strengthening collaboration across the business community and contributing to constructive public–private dialogue and advocacy in support of a more supportive business environment in Armenia.
