ABBC Community Featured at Women in Leadership Forum 2026

On May 16, 2026, the Women in Leadership Forum 2026 took place at AIGY Business Center, bringing together industry leaders, executives, and professionals for a conference dedicated to leadership, business, and the evolving role of women in the corporate world.

ABBC is delighted to share that ABBC Executive Director Lusin Achoyan was honoured with the “Rising Woman Leader” award during the Forum. The award recognises emerging women leaders making a meaningful impact through their professional achievements, leadership, and contribution to the business community.

The Forum featured the active participation of several ABBC members and representatives. ABBC Board Member and CEO of Siemens Industry Software (Armenia), Irina Dumanyan, joined the programme as a guest speaker in the session “Inside Leadership: Conversation with Irina Dumanyan,” where she shared valuable insights on leadership and professional growth.

In addition, Founder & CEO of Axel Mondrian & Partners Shushan Harutyunyan and HR Specialist of DataArt Armenia Lilith Papikyan participated in the panel discussion “Leadership Identity in Modern Life: Women in Business, Careers & Corporate Culture,” contributing to an engaging conversation on the evolving role of women in the modern workplace and corporate environment.

ABBC Member Galaxy Group of Companies' Yerevan Mall Deputy CEO Shushan Avagimyan also joined the Forum as a guest speaker in the session “Women Don’t Need Authority to Lead, They Need Influence,” highlighting the importance of influence-driven leadership and empowering women across business and society.
