ABBC Annual General Assembly 2025: New Board Members Elected and Strategic Growth Ahead
The Armenian British Business Chamber (ABBC) successfully held its Annual General Assembly (AGA) on 4 April, 2025. The event brought together a diverse group of stakeholders, members, and partners, all united by a shared commitment to strengthening business relations between Armenia and the UK. This year’s AGA was particularly special as it also marked the Chamber’s 15th anniversary, celebrating a decade and a half of fostering bilateral business ties and community building.
During this year’s assembly, a significant decision was made to expand the Board of Directors for the 2025-27 term. The General Assembly voted to increase the Board’s size to 13 members, reflecting the Chamber’s growing influence and the need for a broader leadership team. In addition to the 11 newly elected representatives, the final two seats on the Board will be held by the ABBC Executive Director and the Honorary Board Member from the British Embassy in Yerevan, represented by Deputy Head of Mission and HM Consul, Paul Morris.
Newly Elected Board of Directors
The newly elected Board of Directors for the 2025-27 term brings together leaders from a variety of industries to drive the Chamber’s mission forward. The newly appointed members and their respective roles are as follows:

2nd Vice President/Treasurer: KPMG Armenia, represented by Zaruhi Furunjyan

Board Director: Resolution Insurance Brokers, represented by Jonathan Stark
Board Director: NCI Solutions, represented by Tigran Pinajyan
Board Director: Armenia Stock Exchange, AMX, represented by Hayk Yeganyan
Board Director: Siemens Industry Software, represented by Irina Dumanyan
Board Director: Coca-Cola HBC, represented by Arthur Sahakyan
