“Jermuk International Pepsi Cola Bottler” is a limited liability company incorporated in Republic of Armenia in February 23, 2006. The Company operates based on 3 key models: Franchise, distribution and company’s own brands. The first two models are based on cooperation with PepsiCo, presenting key flagship brands, such as Pepsi-Cola, Mirinda, 7UP within soft drink category, Lay’s and Doritos as global leaders in Snack category and Lipton as a global leader within iced-tea category. On top of partnership with PepsiCo, the Company has its own brands in energy drink (Maxx Power), iced coffee (Maxx Coffee) and Lemonade (Frutteto) categories in Armenian market.
