Deem Communications is a dynamic boutique agency with a dedicated team of 13 full-time employees and over two dozen seasoned consultants. Established over 18 years ago, the agency is structured into two primary units: Project Management and Creative. This compact structure allows for effective client relations and project execution. The Project Management team oversees client interactions, project execution, and event management, while the Creative team, composed of designers, animators, writers, and producers, ensures innovative and impactful deliverables.

DeeM’s leadership includes a CEO and Operations Manager who maintain operational efficiency alongside a Creative and Strategic Director who fosters ongoing inspiration and innovation. The agency’s STO consultants are highly skilled, with specialized expertise in various communication fields, making them invaluable team assets capable of seeing the bigger picture. All team members are bilingual in Armenian and English, with some speaking additional languages such as Russian, French, Arabic, or Italian. This multilingual capability enhances the agency’s cultural fluency and adaptability in diverse contexts, aligning with the cultural values that DeeM embodies. DeeM has nurtured its network over close to 2 decades of activities.
