Seasonal Retreat is a signature ABBC community event, held seasonally, offering members the opportunity to gather in a relaxed and refreshing environment hosted at a member-owned location. The retreat provides a warm setting for members to connect, unwind, and strengthen professional and personal ties outside the usual work context.
Eligibility: All ABBC members in good standing may participate. Attendance may be limited depending on the hosting venue’s capacity, with priority given on a first-come, first-served basis.
What to Expect: A comfortable and welcoming retreat experience in a unique member-owned setting, featuring light programming, informal networking, and refreshments. The atmosphere is intentionally relaxed, designed to foster meaningful conversations and a sense of community.
Roles & Responsibilities: The Seasonal Retreat is organised by ABBC in close collaboration with the hosting member company, which provides the venue. ABBC manages coordination, communications, and event planning, while the host contributes to shaping the retreat experience.
